Richard is a Silicon Valley based technology professional with an extensive history of delivering high quality, efficient, customer focused technology solutions in both the Public and Private Sectors.
Currently he manages the Technology Communications, Infrastructure, Cyber and Project Management programs at Santa Clara VTA; which includes radio, telephony, CCTV, wireless, server, data center, cyber security, fiber optic infrastructure, and voice – data – video networking solutions in a County-wide transit based environment.
Prior to joining the VTA, Richard was the Director of Network Operations for NextG Networks, a leading provider of innovative wireless infrastructure solutions that enhance network coverage, capacity, and performance nation-wide. Richard holds an M.P.A. from San Jose State University.
