Alex Heien is responsible for leading the Mobile Development efforts at Charter Communications, the second-largest cable company in the US operating as Spectrum. He and his team drive the roadmap and expansion of our national Spectrum WiFi service through various channels, deployment modes and key partners. With the successful launch of Spectrum Mobile 2019 and growth, his efforts are focused on creating the best user experience for Spectrum subscribers through WiFi today and potentially compliment with cellular 4G/5G.
Prior to Charter, Alex began his career at AT&T in Product Management and has over two decades of leadership experience in the telecommunications and primarily mobile industry. Alex holds an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, and BS from Texas A&M University in College Station.
