Brian D. Jacks is the VP of Corporate Development, North America for BAI Communications, and oversees transit business expansion efforts beyond BAI’s subsidiary companies, Transit Wireless and BAI Canada. Additionally, Brian leads a broad range of Wi-Fi monetization efforts for Transit Wireless and provides leadership to the team for further expansion of BAI’s robust Wi-Fi delivery and monetization platform.
Other BAI corporate development efforts have included leading the launch of BAI Canada in Toronto, leading business acquisition and RFP response efforts including the acquisition of inMOTION in Boston and a recent Amtrak procurement.
Previously, Brian was President of two Crown Castle Joint Venters with Verizon Wireless, served as President to Crown Castle Solutions, CCI’s first entry into the neutral host DAS business, and was responsible for the Verizon Wireless Network in greater New York City.
Brian holds a M.S. in Technology Management from the University of Pennsylvania recognized by both the Engineering and Wharton Schools and matriculated from Drexel University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
