Cancelling your ticket
You will receive a full refund if you cancel within 14 days from date of ticket purchase. To cancel your ticket please email order no. and full name of the person the ticket is registered for to [email protected]
After the 14 days refund period your ticket cannot be refunded or cancelled regardless of whether or not you attend. Furthermore, you have no right to withdraw your purchase after March 17, 2017. Instead we can issue a credit towards our next event.
Transfer your ticket
A ticket can be transferred to another person if the ticket holder cannot attend. To transfer a ticket, please email [email protected] with the full name, email address, title, and company name of the new attendee as well as the full name of whom they will be replacing.
