Airports & transfer times
Travel time by car or taxi: Approximately 30 min in light traffic.
Travel time by public transport: Take the blue Metro line from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport to Rosslyn Station and change to the silver line and go to Spring Hill Station (approx. 45 minutes) and take a 3-minute walk to the venue.
Travel time by car: Approximately 15 minutes in light traffic.
Travel time by public transport: Take the 5A train from Dulles Airport to N Moore St & 19th St, walk 1 min, and then take the silver Metro line from Rosslyn Station to Spring Hill Station and walk for 3 minuttes. Travel time is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Driving & parking
The hotel is located only 20 minutes from Washington D.C. and also only 20 minutes from Dulles International Airport. Tysons Corner is within easy reach of the Dulles Access Road (267) and the Capitol Beltway Outer Loop (495).
The hotel offers parking in the adjacent Parking Lot E, easily accessible via their sky bridge.

Stroll to hundreds of high-end restaurants and boutiques adjacent to the hotel or catch a 20-minute train ride into Washington, D.C. from Tysons Corner Metro Station on the Silver Line.
After a long day hard at work, you can take a swim in the indoor pool. Work out in the fitness center with top of the line equipment. Or if you'd prefer shopping go to Tyson's Galleria Mall right next door.
Visas & invitation letters
All visitors to the United States will need a valid passport and visa to enter the country. All eligible international travelers who wish to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorisation. The Wi-Fi NOW event team is happy to issue official invitation letters to attendees who wish to obtain visas for travel. If you do need a letter to apply for a visa, we encourage you to request one as early as possible.
