Dr. Jean-Francois is the CTO and co-founder of Everest Networks, a Silicon Valley company quickly becoming the gold standard in High Density Wi-Fi. Jean-Francois is driving the advancement of wireless networks by applying decades of research, broad industry knowledge, and deep expertise to solve the most challenging problems of High Density Wi-Fi.
Jean-Francois has worked in both industry and academia, gaining significant recognition as Professor of Electrical Engineering at the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal, publishing over 75 papers and multiple patents. With work in wireless communications, wireless system design, MAC and link layer protocols, MIMO communications systems, cognitive radio and cross-layer design, he has obtained a depth of knowledge that he is now applying to bring new and innovative solutions to the Wi-Fi industry.
