Atsushi Kondo is the General Manager of Corporate Strategy and Global Business at PicoCELA, a leading Japanese technology innovator reinventing enterprise Wi-Fi mesh. In this role, he leads the company’s strategic initiatives and global business expansion. With over 25 years of experience in the IT and networking industries, he has worked across major enterprise and telecommunication infrastructure technologies, including networking, cloud computing, IoT, storage, and now high-performance dynamic Wi-Fi mesh backhaul at PicoCELA.
He is driving the adoption of this technology not only for IT infrastructure but also for operational technology environments, such as industrial plants, construction sites, smart cities, and disaster recovery use cases utilizing satellite communications.
Prior to PicoCELA, Atsushi held senior leadership roles at Cisco, Hitachi Ltd., and Hitachi Vantara, launching and scaling multiple enterprise technology solutions globally. His expertise spans corporate strategy, go-to-market execution, ecosystem development, and global sales and marketing. Atsushi has built and led multi-geography teams, guided organizations through strategic market transitions, and managed broad portfolios of IT and networking products.
