David Witkowski

David Witkowski is an author, advisor, and strategist who works at the intersection between local government and the telecommunications industry. David is the Founder & CEO of Oku Solutions LLC, a Fellow in the Radio Club of America, and an IEEE Senior Member. After serving in the U.S. Coast Guard and earning his B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, he held leadership roles for companies ranging from Fortune 500 multi-nationals to early-stage startups. In the IEEE, he is Chair of the Deployment Working Group at IEEE Future Networks, a Life Member of the Microwave Theory and Techniques Society, and is a member of the IEEE International Committee on Electromagnetic Safety and the Committee on Man and Radiation.
