Dr. Ashutosh Gore has 19 years of industry R&D experience. He joined Jio Platforms Limited in Oct 2024, where he is working on next generation fixed wireless access technologies. Prior to Jio, he had been the technical manager of the WLAN PHY Modeling group in Qualcomm Bangalore for 8 years. His team developed several key PHY hardware blocks across 3 generations of Wi-Fi chips. Before QC, he had worked in Samsung, Broadcom, Marvell and Nortel Networks. On the academic front, Dr. Gore obtained his B.Tech. and Ph.D. degrees from IIT Bombay, and M.S. degree from University of Hawaii, all in Electrical Engineering. He has published 20+ international papers and patents.
