Tickets for delegates

To attend & participate in the congress you must hold a valid ticket. The various types of tickets can be purchased in our webshop here. Note the following about tickets:

• To save 20% make sure you buy your ticket before Monday, March 17, 2025 (Early Bird)
• We also offer reduced rates for groups of 2 or more, for long-distance travellers, and for service providers – for more contact our ticket manager Yongmei at [email protected].
• Special rates for government, academia, students, & independents (between jobs) are also available
• We are working on securing preferential rates at nearby hotels. For the news information, contact our ticket manager at [email protected].

Registration of speakers & sponsors

If you are a speaker at the event we will register you automatically and you will receive your ticket confirmation via email. If you are a sponsor with sponsored tickets we will provide you with codes for self-registration of your attendees. For any questions contact our Event Director Inger Hjort at [email protected].

Refund & ticket policy

We do not offer ticket refunds since ticket revenues are used immediately to finance the event. We can however offer you a ticket of equivalent value for a future WiFi NOW organised Wi-Fi World Congress event. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared with other individuals.

But – on request of the buyer – the ticket holder’s name can be changed. For more details or questions about tickets contact our ticket manager Yongmei at [email protected].
