Information Technology Disaster Resource Center is a nationwide, volunteer-driven, 501(c)(3) nonprofit that that connects communities in crisis through collaboration and coordination across industry, and with all levels of government, tribal, and other nonprofit partner organizations. ITDRC accomplishes its mission by harnessing the collective power of the greater technology community to eliminate connectivity and technology infrastructure barriers before, during, and after a disaster to help response organizations across all sectors do their work and ultimately help communities and survivors heal.
ITDRC currently has over 4,500 volunteers and more than 1,700 sites in operation across the United States and abroad, many of which are bridging the digital divide, enabling resiliency for rural and underserved communities, and providing long-term recovery support from events such as the Los Angeles Wildfires and Hurricane Helene.
