The Information Technology Disaster Resource Center is a non-profit public charity comprised of volunteer technology professionals who assist communities with technology continuity and recovery after a disaster. For example, we established WiFi hotspots to support medical services in Haiti following an earthquake, installed thousands of access points to support the COVID-19 pandemic response, provided more than 200 TB of data connectivity to tens of thousands of Afghan refugees, and are providing resources to support medical and communications sectors in Ukraine.
