Jason Neal practices telecommunications law and appellate litigation. Jason, who has been recognized by Best Lawyers as a “Rising Star” in telecom law, has won several major telecom appellate cases in the U.S. Circuit Courts since 2020.
In his telecommunications practice, Jason frequently advises and advocates on behalf of clients in spectrum-related FCC proceedings. Much of his work involves proceedings to open new frequencies for unlicensed use and for sharing with commercial and Federal incumbents.
Jason received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Supreme Court Chair for the Harvard Law Review. Jason received his B.A. from Harvard College, cum laude.
