We’re delighted to announce that we will once again be conducting the WiFi NOW Awards this fall – and we’re excited because, as always, this is one of the most inspiring activities that we have the privilege of organising during the year. This will be our eleventh WiFi NOW Awards – and you can view all of our prestigious previous winners here. Enter before Friday, October 23.
This year you can enter into one or more of twelve categories – our latest addition being ‘Best Ultra-Wideband Solution’ – as UWB has now become an important new technology area with excellent synergies with Wi-Fi. We try to keep the entry process as simple as possible and for full instructions go here. Also remember that you get a 10% discount on entry fees if you’re a WiFi NOW member (sign up for your free WiFi NOW membership here).
Why enter? Well – we’re not going to try to convince you that winning is easy. For most categories, it is not – although some categories attract more entries than others (if you want advice on what categories are suitable for you, you can contact us here). But for the shortlisted finalists and our eventual winners, this is an exceptional opportunity to shine. And we’ve had surprising winners in the past – so size and might are not always the deciding factors. Our judges are looking for true innovation and industry impact.
As always each entry will be judged by our independent judges – WiFi NOW staff do not participate in the judging process. If you’re interested in becoming a judge, feel free to contact us – we’re always looking for insightful new judges to join our already large and distinguished group of expert judges. Here are the most important dates:
- Submit your entries by end of day Friday, October 23 at the latest
- Finalists will be revealed December 1
- Winners will be announced at our traditional Christmas WiFi NOW Awards Gala on December 22
