Independent research firm Parks Associates estimates that only 1-2% of apartments in the US enjoy managed Wi-Fi – which means the managed Wi-Fi for MDUs opportunity continues to be enormous. That leaves close to 700,000 multifamily properties as the addressable market for managed Wi-Fi, said Elizabeth Parks, President & CMO at Parks Associates, at Wi-Fi World Congress in Toronto, Canada last month.
