Wi-Fi QoE platform provider Aprecomm continues to innovate – and now the company is launching its new bid towards resolving some of the toughest operational challenges in the ISP world. Aprecomm’s latest AI-based solution is called AIVRA and is designed to give ISPs access to detailed on-the-fly insights and analysis of the state of their networks (and services) based on data extracted from multiple network touchpoints, the company says.
Ever wanted to know what’s happening across your broadband network by simply typing your question into a query box? Well – soon you can. Aprecomm’s latest innovation AIVRA (Aprecomm Intelligent Virtual Response Assistant) was announced today at NetworkX in Paris, France, and is aimed at becoming the ChatGPT of the broadband world, delivering real-time analysis to ISPs.

“Understanding the state of your network – including the subscriber experience – can be a daunting task for ISPs. The data may be available, but is often siloed and usually hard to interpret. AIVRA structures the data and feeds it into a single data lake, allowing our AI agent to be queried in words. The secret sauce here is making sure AIVRA learns continuously from the data, serving up detailed analyses on the fly. All you’ve gotta do is ask,” says Pramod Gummaraj, Founder & CEO of Aprecomm.
Aprecomm says the solution is designed to answer queries from experts across the ISP organisation. “AIVRA will respond to both technical and business-related questions – such as ‘why is churn not being reduced after our CPE upgrade?’ – and for this reason will be highly useful to a variety of staff and functions. Think of AIVRA as data from dozens of live dashboards in a NOC distilled into specific answers to specific questions in natural language,” Pramod Gummaraj says.
Real inferences & driving up efficiency
Aprecomm says that the solution doesn’t apply a ready-made calculation model or template for understanding – for example – service quality. Instead AIVRA learns from analysis of data and makes inferences. “There exists an enormous number of combined reasons why broadband services are good or bad, profitable or not, and everything in between. With the power of AI we can now drill into the truth of what’s driving such conditions in real time,” he says.
AIVRA’s end-to-end view of the entire network ecosystem (including the Wi-Fi component) combined with its natural language interface drives up operational efficiency considerably, the company says. “AIVRA means you no longer have to allocate expert resources to dedicated analytics teams that sift through mountains of data to arrive at conclusions that may or may not be correct. You can now query the data directly,” Pramod Gummaraj says.
Aprecomm has during the past couple of years expanded its service footprint across the globe in record time. The company has done particularly well in its native India but now also – for example – across Latin America including Brazil, where significant partnerships are driving Aprecomm’s growth. Aprecomm has also recently signed a strategic partnership with Europe’s VECTOR, which will provide access to Aprecomm’s CX suite through its managed services.
The company’s AI-based technology serves ISPs but is equally useful for enterprises, MSPs, or even enterprise Wi-Fi vendors focusing on delivering the best in Wi-Fi quality. AIVRA will be commercially available to Aprecomm customers and partners by end of March 2026. Service providers can join the AIVRA wait list by signing up here.
