Earlier this week Cisco released its first ever State of Wireless Global Report – a blind survey of more than 6,000 respondents representing every enterprise vertical. The report reveals that organisations expect to continue to ramp up investments into wireless in particular because wireless delivers a ‘multiplier effect’ – meaning it drives strong returns and growth across revenue, productivity, and security, Cisco says. AI is of course an important part of the wireless growth story but also a complex topic.
