We’re delighted and excited to announce that Wi-Fi World Congress Europe 2024 is joining forces with the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance Global Summit to deliver this year’s pre-eminent Wi-Fi industry and spectrum sharing policy event. The co-located event will be held on September 23-25 at the Hilton Hotel & Conference Center in beautiful and dynamic Geneva, Switzerland.
Wi-Fi NOW is delighted to extend a warm welcome to the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance’s management, members, and guests as work begins on producing this year’s most important event dedicated to the Wi-Fi industry and spectrum policy makers across Europe and the world.
As always WWC will be delivering three days of all things Wi-Fi including two days of cutting-edge information sharing and networking featuring the world’s Wi-Fi leaders as well as an extensive Wi-Fi training program. Confirmed speakers include Wi-Fi Alliance, Qualcomm, Intel, MediaTek, Cisco, Zyxel Networks, and Plume with many more to be announced. See more here.
“We’re excited to be working with the Dynamic Spectrum Alliance for the second time following our highly successful co-located event in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, last year. And once again there are lots of synergies and additional value in WWC and DSA joining forces to drive the industry forward. Together we’ll be showcasing innovation and opportunities in Wi-Fi as well as regulatory best practices for shared spectrum access. Both are critical for the continued success of Wi-Fi in Europe and across the world,” says Claus Hetting, Wi-Fi NOW CEO & Chairman.
The WWC’s first congress day (September 24) will feature the leaders in Wi-Fi for the home and a full update on end-user devices as well as perhaps the fastest growing segment in Wi-Fi right now, which is IoT. The second congress day (September 25) will focus on Wi-Fi for the enterprise, mobile & Wi-Fi convergence, new architectures for innovation and growth, and much more.
This year WWC Europe will deliver a special focus on the use of AI for Wi-Fi (including for ISPs) and synergies between LEO satellite & Wi-Fi services. Wi-Fi NOW Academy Masterclasses will be offered on September 23. The event also features an extensive exhibition where international Wi-Fi technology leaders will showcase the latest in equipment and solutions.
