The results of the Wi-Fi NOW Awards 2022 were announced this evening and double-winners were Plume, ZenFi Networks, and Morse Micro. Intel, HPE/Aruba, Cisco, Google, and 7Signal were also among the winners. A total of fifty-seven companies entered this year’s Wi-Fi NOW Awards submitting 87 distinct entries into eleven award categories. Congratulations to all winners and participants!
After a more than 2-month long awards process, we’re delighted to announce the final results of the Wi-Fi NOW Awards 2022 (see below for the full list): Smart home consumer experience platform pioneer Plume won the awards for both Best In-home Wi-Fi Product and Best Service Provider Wi-Fi Solution (for the SaaS Experience Platform featuring Plume HomePass™), while Morse Micro won in both Best Wi-Fi Startup and Best Wi-Fi IoT Product categories (for Wi-Fi HaLow).
ZenFi Networks was also a double winner finishing first in both Best Wi-Fi Service Provider and the Wi-Fi NOW Award for Affordable Connectivity (for the LinkNYC project). Meanwhile Intel won for Best Consumer Wi-Fi Device (for the Intel Connectivity Perfomance Suite) and 7Signal won in our new category for Best Wi-Fi Testing or Tools Platform.
Google won Best Consumer Wi-Fi Router with the newly released Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro, while Cisco (together with Broadcom & Meta) won Best Wi-Fi Innovation for TIP OpenAFC. Finally HPE/Aruba won for Best Enterprise Wi-Fi Solution with the world’s first AFC-capable Wi-Fi 6E AP.
